? Tell this line loudly with energy and enthusiasm a few times, “I am not satisfied” , ” I am not satisfied ” 5 times or more… Now how do you feel… Did you feel rise of impulse ??? Do you feel urge in yourself to make yourself satisfied ?
Now do d opposite of this i.e. voice this line loudly a few times with energy, “I am satisfied”, ” I am satisfied ” , five chances or more.. How do u feel… CONTRAST this feeling of yours to the opposite one i.e. the one given at the top of this philosophical exercise and note your experience and report your opinion here… Find out which scenario applies best to you.
